Purchase Agreement

If you believe the printer is not working correctly, you must notify SSV Custom Transfers within 3 business days of receipt of the printer and prior to converting it*. You must run the initial ink charge and test the printer prior to conversion. Once the printer is converted, you may not request a refund or return. SSV Custom Transfers is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR USER ERROR or lack of maintenance once the printer is shipped to you. You acknowledge that you understand these printers are not yet converted and once converted are being used outside the purpose originally intended.  You understand that this is NOT an all inclusive package and additional items will be needed. You understand that SSV Custom Transfers nor Epson is involved in the conversion of the printer to DTF.  You agree to hold blameless SSV Custom Transfers for any damage done to the printer during the conversion process. There are NO returns or refunds on converted printers.

*If you believe the printer is not working correctly, you must notify me within 3 business days of receipt of the printer and prior to converting it. I will either set up a Zoom call to try and assist or send a return shipping label. If a return shipping label is sent, you must send the printer and all included items back within 2 business days via UPS. I will inspect the printer and test it. If it indeed does not work properly, I will:

A) Replace it with a new one

B) Refund in full

If it is determined the printer is in full working order, the printer will be sent back to you after payment of shipping charges for both the return and the resend are paid in full via invoice. I will not resend the printer until the shipping charges are paid. A video of the printer working will be taken and sent to you.

Before purchasing a DTF printer, please make sure you have researched and understand the time commitment, maintenance requirements and software needed. DTF is NOT plug and play. There is a learning curve. While there is a great supportive community on Facebook, you need to be self sufficient and able to solve problems and think outside the box. If you are not comfortable taking a printer apart or don't think you can do the maintenance every single day, then PLEASE buy your prints instead of a printer. DTF is not cheap and is still a relatively new process. These printers are NOT made by Epson for DTF. There is no return or warranty offered. All sales are final. AcroRip is Windows based (all RIP software is) and to use on a MAC it must be ran through Parallel or similar. I do not nor have I ever had a MAC so I can not be of assistance with it. To run AcroRip or the maintenance program, they must be whitelisted on your antivirus OR your antivirus may need to be disabled while using. DTF adhesive is a nose and throat irritant during curring. Proper ventilation and PPE (mask) are needed. A fume extractor is suggested. TAT is based on the options selected.

Please view my YouTube videos to see the maintenance of the XP15000. I recommend looking up Kingdom DTF for maintenance videos on the L1800.
