Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing SSVl! We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service. We offer shipping in the US and limited International shipping (UK, Ireland, Mexico, Brazil & Canada). Please see below for information.

US Shipping

For items that require shipment, we process and ship all orders within 3 business days (excludes Chalk Couture Products; see below). Shipping fees are as follows:

Orders under $39.99 standard ground shipping is $7.29

Orders under $74.99 standard ground shipping is $14.49

Orders $75.00 and over standard ground shipping is FREE

Orders of $250 ship free PLUS $15 worth of surprise products AND 200 bonus points (must be a Rewards Member to receive points).

Limited International Shipping

For items that require shipment, we process and ship all orders within 5 business days (excludes Chalk Couture Products; see below). Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Orders of $400 ship free PLUS $15 worth of surprise products AND 200 bonus points (must be a Rewards Member to receive points). Use code INTERSHIP at checkout for free shipping.

All taxes, dues and fees are the responsibility of the customer as required at delivery.

Please Note: all referred to days and hours are business hours/days (Mon-Fri 8-5). We do not ship on the weekends or holidays. During sales, please allow an extra 2-3 business days processing.
