SSV has a no return policy. All items are printed, cut or created at time of order.
Damage During Shipping
If your item is damaged during shipment, please reach out to me within 24 hours of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your order number and pictures supporting your claim. Make sure if you notice any damage to the packaging, you photograph it from all side. The shipping insurance company requires pictures (Route or any carriers). If you chose Route Insurance during checkout, you can submit the claim directly through them, or I can submit on your behalf.
