Screen Print Transfer-
- Set temperature on heat press to 325 degrees F
- Pre heat garment for 5-10 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture
- Place transfer in desired location
- Cover with parchment (baking) paper DO NOT USE TEFLON
- Press using firm pressure for 7 seconds (cotton, polyester or fabric blends)
- Peel immediately (hot peel)
- Ready to wear once design is completely cool.
- Hang or lay flat, do not wad. Do not use bleach. Do NOT iron directly over transfer. Wait for 1st wash 72 hours inside out, cool water and low heat dry.
Sublimation Transfer-
- It is STRONGLY recommended to trim around your design before pressing. This will ensure no ink is on the edge of the page.
- Choose an item that is at least 65% polyester (the higher the better) white or light colored (sublimation does not print white so to get white in your graphic you must use a white shirt; any white area of graphic will be color of the shirt)
- Set your heat press at 385-400 degrees F (lower temp for higher cotton count)
- Pre heat garment for 5-10 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture
- Place parchment paper inside the shirt in the location of the transfer if your shirt can not be threaded over the lower heat platen. (Prevents bleed through)
- Place transfer in desired location; use heat tape to hold in place if needed
- Cover with parchment (baking/butcher) paper (DO NOT USE TEFLON)
- Press using medium pressure for 60 seconds
- Open press and carefully (it will be HOT) remove transfer
- Ready to wear once design is completely cool.
- Safe to iron on low heat. Cover design with parchment paper to prevent any ink transfer to iron. Wash on cold and tumble dry low or hang dry.
Fluorescent Sublimation Transfer-
- Same instructions as a regular sublimation transfer
- To see the glow, turn on a black/UV light. Ink is activated by the heat so you won’t be able to see the glow on the transfer until pressed.
Direct to Film Transfer-
- Set temperature on heat press to 305 degrees F
- Pre heat garment for 5-10 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture
- Place transfer in desired location (for a thinner shirt put parchment paper inside to prevent the adhesive from sticking)
- Cover with parchment (baking) paper (DO NOT USE TEFLON)
- Press using medium/firm pressure for 20 seconds (cotton, polyester or fabric blends)
- Remove from press and let cool. This is a warm to cold peel (warm meaning there is still residual heat but you can comfortably put your hand on it). My personal preference is to cool completely.
- Remove transfer in a low roll motion. DO NOT pull straight up. (Please see our Facebook or Instagram for a video showing this process.
- Return to heat press, cover transfer with parchment paper and repress for an additional 20 seconds.
- Ready to wear once design is completely cool.
- Hang or lay flat, do not wad. Do not use bleach. Wait for 1st wash 72 hours inside out, cool water and low heat dry.
