What is a Screen Print Pre Order?

A pre-order means the item is not in stock yet. I offer pre-orders to gauge interest in designs and offer a discounted price before creating the product. In most instances I require 50% pre-orders before I put a design into production. I put a date for when pre-orders end. If at that time I don't have 50% sales I may: (a) put into production and offer the remaining transfers at regular price, (b) reset the end date and notify the customer about the date change with the option to cancel any pending order or (c) close the listing and refund any pending orders. Which option I choose depends on how many pre-orders are in for that design. You can always ask where a pre-order stands. I try to be as transparent as possible. Thank you!
